to announce the sale of a brand-new net leased Dollar Tree in Granite Shoals,
Texas. Granite Shoals is a lakeside
community, located 40 miles northwest of Austin and 6 miles from the Horseshoe
Bay Resort. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam represented the seller, a build to
suit developer of Dollar Tree/Family Dollar Combo stores in Texas. Dollar
Tree signed a 10-year corporate lease. The purchaser was a local investor
on a 1031 exchange.
