The freestanding CareNow fronts Interstate 30 (143,000 Cars/Day) in Garland, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The property sits directly in between Chase Bank and IHOP, as a pad to a Walmart Supercenter anchored shopping center. CareNow has been operating at this location since 2006. CareNow is owned by HCA (NYSE: HCA), the nation’s largest for-profit hospital chain, that operates 165 hospitals and 113 freestanding surgery centers in 20 states and England.
