NNN Retail Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a net leased Family Dollar in Blanchard, Oklahoma (OKC MSA).  The store, which opened for business in 2023, has 8 years remaining on its primary lease term.  Blanchard is a rapidly growing, affluent suburb of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
