NNN Retail Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of an absolute triple net leased  7 Brew in Odessa, Texas. 7 Brew signed a 15 year absolute NNN lease with 10% rent increases every 5 years.  The property is located less than a mile from Odessa Regional Medical Center, which staffs 250 physicians, 700 employees, and has over 200 beds.  Located in the heart of the Permian Basin, Odessa serves as a major hub for the U.S. oil and gas industry, one of the most productive energy regions in the world. Brad Kam and Gavin Kam of NNN Retail Advisors represented the buyer in the transaction.
