NNN Retail Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of an absolute NNN leased Dollar General in Liberty, Texas.  The store, which opened in 2019, has 9 years remaining on its original 15 year triple net lease.  Liberty County is part of the Houston–The Wood-lands–Sugar Land metro (7 million people). The county benefits from Houston’s $500B+ economy driven by energy, petrochemicals, ports, healthcare and logistics.  Brad Kam and Gavin Kam of NNN Retail Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
