NNN Retail Advisors Completes Sale of Absolute NNN Texas Roadhouse Ground Lease in Branson, MIssouri

NNN Retail Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a brand new construction, absolute NNN ground leased, Texas Roadhouse in Branson, Missouri. The 15-year lease includes 10% rent escalations every five years.  The lease is corporate backed Roadhouse Enterprises, Inc., a subsidiary of Texas Roadhouse (NASDAQ Traded: TXRH).  The Texas Roadhouse in located in front of Home Depot and Target in the dominant Branson Hills power center.
